The Peruza fish volumetric dosing line is designed to fill a constant volume of small pelagic fish into trays or boxes before freezing with an even fill level.
Volumetric batching is used when high volume batches at high speed are needed, for example in large fish factories / processor application. Batches can be up to 11 kg.
