  • The Cretel 360 series is available in several versions to handle a wide variety of fish species, both whole and filleted:

    • 360S – Blade Skinning Shoe: Ideal for silver, regular, and deep-skin removal from fish such as salmon, trout, tilapia, mahi-mahi, perch, bream, carp, and grouper.

    • 360B – Blunt Skinning Shoe: Specially designed for delicate silver-skin removal on cod, flounder, halibut, mackerel, plaice, ray, and skate.

    • 360SR – Star Roller System: Recommended for thick or rough-skinned fish such as skate wings and rays, using either a blade or blunt shoe with a continuous roller cleaning system.
