We partner with world leading food machinery suppliers to provide a wide range of products and solutions to streamline fish and seafood processing.  Our extensive range of products provides solutions for all sizes of business, from small independent business to large multinational factories.  For example, we offer packaging solutions that range from entry level table top vacuum packers to state of the art thermoformer machines.  Similarly, our fish skinners span rugged table top models to fully automatic solutions with both infeed and outfeed conveyors to maximise throughput. Applications that we cover include, fish skinning, thawing, freezing, brining and packaging.  In addition, we offer grinding and emulsification solutions suitable for processing fish waste for pet food applications.  We are also able to help you with the current workforce challenges by providing bespoke robotic solutions for handling and processing, as well as packing and palletisation solutions.  One of our latest projects involves packing sardines into cans. 

We also offer a full range of thawing solutions, that includes rapid RF (radio frequency) tempering, controlled forced air defrosting and water defrosting.  All designed to provide you with a fast, high quality defrost with minimal product degradation and an even temperature throughout the product.
