Tiber Pack Robotic Filling Unit – 6-Axis (BFP)

An automatic machine for filling preformed cardboard cases or plastic crates, capable of manipulating both rigid and flexible packs. It can be combined with forming and closing modules to form complete modular lines, and coupled with self-regulating empty case destacker and full case stacker modules. The BFP series places packs vertically or horizontally in a variety of configurations, with conformity checks at infeed and outfeed. Equipped with horizontal and/or vertical product modules and high-payload robots with a rotary vacuum pump, it can process packs weighing in excess of 3 kg.
