Suhner Brine Mixer SCBM – 900
The Suhner SCBM-900 is a 900-litre brine mixing system that dissolves salt, additives and spices together with water in a special foam-free process. Ingredients are loaded into the hopper and quickly mixed inside the tank by a recirculating pump. Once the desired mixture and temperature are reached, the finished brine is transferred to a storage tank or directly to the injector. Construction is completely stainless steel.
