PSS Vacuum Fillers

The PSS SFV range are universal industrial vacuum fillers for salami, sausages, minced meat or vegetables and vegetable protein — filled into casings or extruded through the optional grinding head — at temperatures from -4°C to +50°C. They are designed for 24-hour operation in medium and large food processing plants and work with all types of clipping machines. Processed material is fed into the hopper by a positive spiral feeding device, then caught by two feeding worms that gently move it towards the filling nozzle. As standard the SFV is fitted with a vacuum system that inhibits air bubbles in the final product, giving high performance and high dosing accuracy with minimal product residue in the hopper. An optional grinding attachment allows quality final grinding and filling in one pass.
