Dohmeyer LIN Bath

The Dohmeyer Liquid Nitrogen (LIN) immersion bath is used to coat a layer of water/fruit-based juice onto an ice cream substrate, working in combination with an ice cream filler line. The liquid nitrogen immersion bath can also be used for the rapid freezing of biomedical materials, pharmaceutical products and many other applications.
