RF defrosting /tempering enables rapid in-line thawing of food products on a industrial scale in minutes with minimal drip (product) loss. (Typical defrost times are 15 to 20 minutes). The Stalam RF Defroster is ideal for commercial defrosting of all types of meat products (chicken, beef, pork etc.) either in blocks, bags, boxes or as naked product. This fast, uniform and controlled heating method offers great flexibility in factory production scheduling and is an excellent solution for many tempering, softening and defrosting processes. The Stalam RF defrosting units are available in a number of sizes enabling thawing capacities from 300kg to 12 tons of product per hour.
