Suhner Brine Mixer SCBM – 900

The Suhner Brine mixing system dissolves salt, sugar, oils, gums and spices without any foam for factory / commercial brining applications. All ingredients are easily loaded in the hopper. In a short time the ingredients are efficiently mixed and result in a perfectly homogenous and emulsified brine in the 900 litre tank. The prepared brines remain mixed inside the tank thanks to the action of the pump that recirculates the brine and in the end transfers it to the injector or to the storage tank. (more…)

PSS MM/VT Vacuum Tumbler Range

Overview

PSS food tumblers are ideal for fast and high quality commercial massaging, mixing, brining and marinating of meat, poultry and fish in a vacuum.  With capacities from 300 to 4,500 litres they are suited for small, medium and large food factories and processors. The addition of the vacuum ensures thorough mixing of raw materials resulting in the release of natural adhesives and the subsequent improvement of bond in the product for optimum solidity when cutting the final product.

If a constant temperature is required during processing the VTC versions are supplied with a cooling system.

Cryogenic Freezing Cabinets

Crust freezing is an important use for cryogenic batch freezers in the food industry, for example in preparation for subsequent slicing.

Cryogenic batch freezers use liquefied carbon dioxide (CO2) or liquefied nitrogen (LIN) for discontinuous cooling and freezing. Controlled injection of the cryogenic gas lowers the temperature in the cabinet as it immediately evaporates. The latent heat of evaporation is the main source of cooling energy. Fans spread the gas in the cabinet in a controlled way and efficiently transfer the cold to the product’s surface. (more…)
