The Peruza continuous brining line is developed for medium to high volume fish processors and factories. It reduces the time required for brining operations in commercial applications and can be used in line with the Peruza defrosting line and nobbing line.
The fish infeed can be fed manually or automatically with the product being brined in a special, automatically prepared brining fluid. A constant brining time is assured by the water flow and conveyor belt moving at a constant speed. (more…)
The Peruza fish brining and packing line is developed to dose salt solution (brine) and fish into plastic trays for medium to high volume fish processors and factories, with if required the addition of spices and flavours to the fish.

The Suhner Brine mixing system dissolves salt, sugar, oils, gums and spices without any foam for factory / commercial brining applications. All ingredients are easily loaded in the hopper. In a short time the ingredients are efficiently mixed and result in a perfectly homogenous and emulsified brine in the 900 litre tank. The prepared brines remain mixed inside the tank thanks to the action of the pump that recirculates the brine and in the end transfers it to the injector or to the storage tank. (more…)
